Sunrise Building Company are experienced in all types of residential and commercial construction. We are an unrestricted registered builder, our capabilities include but are not limited to new builds, design and construct, sub-divisions and renovations.
We service all metro suburbs of Perth from Two Rocks to Mandurah and into the Perth Hills. We also have an office located in the Margaret River Region and are able to service parts of the South West of WA.

Owner Ioan Neamtu has over 30 years experience within the construction industry with a Building Diploma. Ioan has extensive knowledge in both the residential and commercial construction industry, allowing him to provide an outstanding level of service and quality-built homes and projects.
Both Ioan’s sons Josh and John have completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and Economics, both with over 10 years experience in the building industry. Following in their father’s footsteps and taking on responsibility within the company, Josh and John are both Project Managers and Site Supervisors across the many different projects Sunrise Building Company carry out.
We are a team with a very capable backing of over 100 regular subcontractors and suppliers, dependent on the clients needs and wants.
